Have you ever picked up a stock hood? If you have the original one, it's aluminum. You can easily pick it up with one hand. CF hoods weigh the same as the stock ones, +/- 2lbs, but you have to paint them so they don't stick out like a dumb honda and you also have to use hood pins. If you want a hood vent and have it be functional, look up member SpeedyZX, he had a shop in CA make a custom vent in his stock hood which turned out amazingly. As far as the nose panel goes....still looks like shit. The louvered Stillen one looks a damn lot better. For simplicity and tastefulness go with a blank panel, or one with a Japanese Z emblem rather than the Nissan burger.
